Require kanidm-unixd before kanidm-unixd-tasks (#2687) 
The kanidm-unixd-tasks service refuses to start before kanidm-unixd:

Resolve this by ensuring kanidm-unixd gets activated as a dependency.
The ordering ("After") is already in place.
